I am a mind in motion — watching, questioning, and shaping the noise around me. I speak when silence becomes a burden.

Bravin Yuri is a Kenyan mental health advocate, political scientist, Music artist, Beat-maker, sociologist, and social media influencer.

I’m the founder of Mental Health and Wellness Kenya, a platform dedicated to raising awareness and offering support for mental health in a society that often silences such struggles.

My advocacy isn’t just professional—it’s deeply personal. I’ve walked through depression, trauma, and anxiety, and I’ve learned that silence kills and stigma isolates.

My journey gave birth to My Story Stori Yangu—a space where people can share their experiences without fear or shame. Because healing starts when we start talking.

You’ve summarized my life. Sometimes I wake up in the middle of the night, recall the many sleepless nights I spent to get a good grade in high school, and then look at my life now and just shed a tear or two. When morning comes, I rise up with a renewed hope.”

You have touched my heart. I remember my dream was to get a job by 22 and retire by 33! Guess what, I’m already 33 with nothing to show for it, apart from chewing a few girls here and there!”
